Hi, I'm at my wits end with multiple sky problems but now on top my sky Q box keeps loosing the wifi connection to my BT hub, which then my mini box wont work. There is nothing wrong with my Internet and, all my other devices in the home are connected to my hub through WiFi fine but not the Q box, now i cannot get it reconnected, it remembers my hubs name but every time i re enter the password it says there's an issue with my router but it's fine my hub is blue and working well or just spinning on connecting and freezes ,i'm literally pulling my hair out 😫 please any suggestion welcome because I've already had engineer and a new box, apparently no problems, I'm begining to wonder if it's a plot to get me on sky broadband!!!
