Our sky Q keeps turning itself on and off . The screen comes on as normal on the homepage , stays on for about 30 seconds then it goes almost black with bits off pixelated colour in the corners . Then it goes full black screen .
Randomly 2 nights on the run it's done this and then after bout 3 hours it stays on . Anyone else having or had this problem?

@Zom You could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.
To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.
With settings highlighted press 0 0 1 then select
Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.
After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote

Was going to try it this morning but it's gone off again . Will try it this evening if it does continue the pattern of coming back on again
