Sky Q keeps losing connection and then freezing so I have to do a hard reset

It's happened twice, yesterday and today. I'll be fast forwarding some adverts and suddenly the screen goes black, the tv says the connection is lost. And you can't do anything to the Sky Q box, it's frozen. I have to unplug and plug back in for it to come back on
