I have Sky Q and all today the tv has said you have no internet connection.
The only thing that doesn't seem to be working are the Apps and voice control.
I have tried turning everything off and on again to no avail.
I have checked all the cables are in properly.
My i pad is connected to the internet.
Can anyone help please.
I am not at all technical so if you have any ideas please give them to me simply.

When you are in Settings and select Network you should see Status.
Go right with the remote to Status and you should see Reset on the right hand side.
Go right and select Reset
