Sky Q failing with BT high speed fibre

I'm having to reset virtually every other day. Faults include connectivity to multi boxes. Main box dropping out of channel. Or stupidly slow downloads. I've booked an engineer twice ref the inability to download and then it mysteriously corrects itself (only to revert back to being rubbish a few days later). So engineer has been cancelled due to temp fixing itself. Although I've got used to the resets now but I've finally called it a day. Options? Cancel sky and go to BT. Or Sky Glass. Will the lack of apparent partnership with BT continue with Sky Glass? The BT is fine and remains strong with all other connections (hive, mobiles, laptops ets) speed test reveals very fast as well. Any advice would be very welcome.
The savings with Glass are minute (on a rolling contract) and I already predict everyone else in the family will hate it compared to the functions of glass. The only thing that temps me is the 65inc and I'm annoyed you only get one puck (I need 3 and am expected to spend another £80 for a streaming service.

thanks for listening! Maybe 😁

Hi @Hugh+Jargon

Any chance you can connect your boxes by Ethernet?

Powerline is also an option.
