Sky Q - equipment return or recycle?

I have recently upgraded to sky stream. In the sky stream guide is says I can recycle my old equipment or return it to sky. When I follow the returns link, I can't request a return but it tells me I will be charged if I don't return it. What am I supposed to do with the Sky Q box and Dish?

The dish is yours.  The Q box is Sky's and must be returned or you'll be charged for it.
