I am not quite sure what you are asking - SKY Q does not need any service maintenance.
Of course, the dish is exposed to weather and may suffer due to this, in which case SKY will replace if it or the LNB on it, or cabling fails.
Likewise, faults in parts of the system may occur which again SKY will deal with if needed.
Are you experiencing specific problems & if so what ?
