Just turned the advanced security & ad blocking back on in my eero app & sent a test download request to my Sky Q box from the Sky Go app & all now working fine 👍🏻

I suspect they will not provide a public announcement.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I changed my dns settings to 8888 and started working again. If the problem has been now solved should I change settings back or leave as it is?

I've just tried downloading and it's all working as it should..Sky did admit to me it was their problem at the beginning of the week and the service should resume before the weekend...Due to my loss of service they have credited my account with £24..Happy days...
