Sky Q download

Just turned the advanced security & ad blocking back on in my eero app & sent a test download request to my Sky Q box from the Sky Go app & all now working fine 👍🏻

Thanks to all involved for the workaround info & eventual official fix 👏🏻

I suspect they will not provide a public announcement.

I changed my dns settings to 8888 and started working again. If the problem has been now solved should I change settings back or leave as it is?

I've just tried downloading and it's all working as it should..Sky did admit to me it was their problem at the beginning of the week and the service should resume before the weekend...Due to my loss of service they have credited my account with £24..Happy days...

Still an issue - all downloads say failed. I have rebooted the router and sky q box.

any solutions/ideas would be good
