Sky Q does not recognise Walker tv

  • Sky Q will not recognise my new Walker TV.

Recognise?  What you can't get a picture or something else?

I have satellite fine. I'm trying to pair new tv with Sky Q remote. I went thro all the steps to find the tele but Walker does not come up.

I can't remember if Vestel is listed in the list of TV's but IIRC, Walker are rebadged Vestel sets.
