I have never heard of such a feature

I think it is more likely it is on your TV & would need to look on it's menus

Many thanks to Nigea 99 you were right it was nothing to do with the Q box's It was all to do with a button on the back of my sony TV i had pressed unintentionally, proble now corected.

Glad you found it - I have to admit I wouldn't have thought of looking for a button on the back of a TV
