Sky Q connection keeps dropping , particularly Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings

Getting really fed up with Internet connection dropping in the afternoon and evening at weekends.  Any 8deas how to fix this?

@supershinya  Who is your broadband with as you've said Sky Q BT Internet?

 

Sky Q is a satellite box, if the broadband is with anbother provider the sectuon you posted in will ne incorrect.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Think the auto correct put the btinternet in and the connection dropped out while I was posting which didn't help

Broadband is with sky.  

The Internet connection kept dropping out when I posted and I didn't get chance to check what the auto correct out in, sorry
