Sky Q connected to router but not internet

My Sky Q box is connected to the router but not the internet. I have tried resetting it and reconnecting to the router. Still no connection to the internet. Never had this problem before so assume it is a Sky Q router problem. Internet working OK for other devices. Can anyone help?

Try setting the DNS on the sky box to 8.8.8.8
