Very recently my main Sky Q box constantly throws me off the internet. Says it is connected to router, but not the internet. The same thing is happening to one of my sky mini boxes too. I reset and it works again for a few minutes. I've re booted my router and my Sky Q box but it's happening every few minutes and is driving me mad! Unable to watch Disney+ at all!
Can anyone help fix this for me??

Hi @justj50
You need to carry out a Network reset on the Q box.
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

@oldfella thank you. I'm pretty certain I have tried this already, but I will try it again.

Same thing happened to me tonight at 10.30pm. No internet on my wired system even though my local network was up and running fine. Treid a reset as instructed but it didn't help. Swapped out my network cables connected to my Q box and that didn't help either. Nor did power cycling my Q box or my fibre router. Weather was fine and dry and I've been home alone all night so no-one else to blame. Total mystery.
Approx 1 hour later my Q internet connection came back by itself with no explanation. But will it happen again?
It's obviously not a universal problem or this board would be burning up with it. Maybe there was some local issue here in east Berkshire which only affected Sky? Apparently a train of Starlink satellites was seen overhead earlier in the evening…Are they the culprits?

I've seen unofficial reports of wifi interference from Starlink but my Q connection is via ethernet. Any idea what else might have caused this local and Q-specific blackout?
