Sky Q change Netflix plan

Hi,

 

How do I change my Netflix plan to allow 2 Screens.

 

I have Sky Signature and also have the HD package but my Netflix account still says I am on Basic HD.

 

I was struggling for a week to get this sorted as when I originally phoned Sky to upgrade they messed up my account and it had to be escalated.

 

I asked for Netfix to allow 2 screens but this still has not been done, is it possible for me to do this online instead of having to rephone Sky.

Hi @Coll1 

Netflix prices and options have changed.  You will need to speak to Sky to change your Netflix options
However these changes should not come into effect unless you change or renew your Package .

Thanks for your reply.

 

This is the issue I am having , as I asked the Sky Representative to upgrade my account so that I could watch Netflix on 2 screens and obviously it had not been done.

 

It is just annoying as I am very weary to phone Sky again as when I phoned originally,  instead of upgrading my account they downgraded my whole package to Essential which caused me a lot of issues and me having to go a whole week waiting for a resolution, but it is still not fixed.
