Hi all
I've recently changed broadband provider and since then my Sky box won't remember the router password so I keep having to enter it (not fun anymore)
I've been advised by the broadband company that this can happen so to reset sky.....I did the holding down the standby button etc but still no joy.
Any advice would be appreciated.
The broadband router has been check with no faults

Which Sky television platform are you using?

Just an LG tv, sky box and Zzooom fibre router

Have you done a full network reset on the Q networking via the installer menu? And do it with all the mini boxes turned off at the wall.
and then one day give up and use powerlines or ethernet.

I haven't......any specific way to do it?
Zzoom mentioned something about Sky not remembering the details of a new Router and advised holding down the Sky Q standby button. I did this but no joy. I'll try with the router today.
