We have Sky Q multi room and recently added on TNT.
since then we've lost total connectivity to the Sky Q mini box in our second TV room. The error message says technical fault yet the box says it's connected to the internet etc and we've been through all the reset steps numerous times, turned it off at the mains etc.
The main Q box is fine.
we have had an engineer round.
we have had a new Q mini box and booster unit.
we got it to work after replacing the mini box but having just watched another thing on TNT this weekend, it's broken again.
As strange as it might seem, we've only watched TNT twice since getting it and afterwards the system breaks!
I feel it's somehow connected to whenever we watch that new channel. I know that sounds like it can't be a thing.
does anyone else have this issue or have any tips?
