Sky Q box wont connect to internet

Sky Q box won't connect to the Internet. I have tried to reboot, unplug, and plug back in and still nothing.

Hi @Gemgems18 

If this is your Main Q box (not a mini) try a Network Reset found in main Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

I'm having the same problem and seem to

be going round in circles to rectify the issue. Tried resetting and nothing is working

Internet connected but everything off line can't get anything on

I don't have a button on my broadband router but is sky. 

I have tried manually typing in password but isn't working.

@Nom2023 if you have the broadband hub the one that stands upright then the wps button is located on the right hand end of the router

Having the same issue spent nearly 40 mins on phone to sky for them to tell me they don't know what's going on but I can get an engineer visit but gotta pay for it.
