On a few occasions my Sky Q box has not responded to remote when on standby. Not been able to switch on at the box either. Have had to unplug the box to reset it to get it going.

My Sky Q box continues to need regular re-booting to turn on. The box is set to 'eco' standby so, when not being used during the day and evening, the amber light is on. Periodically, when I try to switch it on (either at the box or with my remote - with brand new batteries), nothing happens. In order to get it working, I have to unplug at the wall to re-boot it. It sounds like I need a new box - how do i go about organising this? Thanks. Colin.
