When I try to switch Sky off, it won't switch off with the Sky remote only with my TV remote and only ever goes into standby. My hubby detedts Sky and id frustrated that when he switches the TV on it defaults to Sky not terrestrial TV. I've done a reset switching off at the mains for 30 seconds, no joy, I've changed the batteries in the remote and pressed 7 & 9 and also 1 & 3 and everything says its ok but still won't switch off ie get a red light instead of amber. Help please.
