Sky Q box won’t pair to viewing card and also says it is not connected to internet

This is not correct - the sky box is hardwired to the router. I have tested the line with my laptop and get full internet. When plugged into the sky box it recognises router but says there is no connection to the Internet.

We have an engineer coming tomorrow so hopefully they will be able to sort out the problem.
