Since our internet briefly went off a few days ago, our Sky Q box will no longer connect to our Sky Wi-Fi. All other devices working fine on Wi-Fi. Have tried resetting with WPS and entering router password, switching everything off and unplugging etc, but no luck. Can't use Ethernet cable as too far. Have sky Wi-Fi booster and both it and router have all lights on green. Sky mini box obviously won't connect as main box not showing on network.
Extremely frustrating and seems to be a fairly common problem but haven't seen a clear solution in any of the chats that I have tried yet. Can anyone help?!

If you have a Sky router do a reset by pressing the small button on the back of the router and then search for the network on your main Sky Q box. This normally works and is not the same as powering off the router and switching back on.

Hi I have a bt router have tried resetting that.All other WiFi devices working.Have tried a reset of sky q box as well

Had issues with sky Q box randomly disconnecting from WiFi. Tried unplugging box and router and everything else you can imagine. Someone on here suggested just resetting the router and this did the trick first time.
