@oldfella I've tried numerous ways including that suggestion, I've tried unplugging both the router and sky Q box, tried pressing WPS both before and after selecting network reset as suggested in another post. All other devices (phones, ipads, laptops) are connected to the network with no issues. The mini boxes have kept saying can't connect to main Q box on and off for a little while now and live tv stops working on the mini boxes but now the mini boxes aren't working at all because the main box has no network
Hi @wendyl2308
You shouldn't be pressing the WPS button on the Main Q box if you are carrying out a Network reset on the Box.
The main box WPS should flash automatically.

@oldfella I haven't, I pressed in on the router

OK @wendyl2308
Assume the main box WPS was flashing?
Are any minis nearer to the router than the main box?

@oldfella Possibly, I have recently moved the router about 3 feet from where it was situated. I'll move it back and see what happens...

Im interested in the nearest mini to the Sky router.
Have you tried a network reset on that and used WPS on the router to see if it will connect?

@oldfella I can't do a reset on the mini boxes, I just get a blue screen with the message "your sky Q box isn't on the network"

Stuck for suggestions @wendyl2308
There should be no reason why you cannot connect your Q box by WPS to your Sky router.
Ethernet connection would be next option or Powerline units (one at router one at main Q box)

@oldfella I don't have an ethernet long enough and I get that would be an option to try if it's never worked but it's been working for years and suddenly stopped, could it be a problem with the box itself? Where do I go from here? I have one box I can only watch live tv on and two mini boxes I can't watch anything on
