This has been going on about a week at this stage I've tried many things to solve it, last week my main q box stopped connecting to the internet an x longside internet connection. It had previously been working for years prior without issue
so far I have power connection cycled my box and router no luck
yried connecting the box via Ethernet no luck
Tried resetting the internet settings on the box no luck
the box says it's connected to the router but it has an x longside internet connection
is it possible the Q box is faulty somehow, it is still connecting to the mini boxes fine so I assume the network hardware it working in the box it's very confusing

My Sky Q box won't connect to the internet either. Has been fine up to now. Tried the resets, power down, re input passwords and nothing.
router connected, just not internet
