Over the last 2 days my Sky Q box has responded very slowly to channel changes, TV schedule and recordings take several minutes to load, if at all. Both Sky Q mini boxes have only intermittent connection. We have BT Broadband with a very stable 62mps connection.
So far I have done full power-off restarts on all devices, restarted BT router, and reset main Sky Q box using the first reset behind the settings menu. Any ideas much appreciated.

Problem resolved. Super engineer realigned dish, supplied new main box, and repositioned booster box. Mini boxes linked to new main box . Everything working perfectly.

Just a quick update. After 30 mins on the phone to Sky support in Bulgaria, and a software update, they decided an engineer was required.
Engineer visit is booked for Tuesday 1st and I will report back afterwards!

I am have problems with sky mini have problems with the mini box and my mam has problems with her sky Q I have problems with it all the time I am telling you about it
