Sky Q box stuck on standby

My box regularly fails to start up correctly and I have to do multiple switch off and back on again to get it working. This time it will not work at all. Just the standby light showing.

Hi @nomes   What happens if you press the on/off button on the box itself?

 Nothing happens unfortunately

I held the button down this time and it is flashing  (orangey/ yellow colour)

Started the box up again and pressed the on off button and it worked ( stupidly I had been pressing the WPS button previously), it is dark under the TV !!

Thanks I have reset the remote as per guidance and it is working now. Thanks for your help.
