Watching bbc1 this morning. Screen/TV started to flash black on and off. Then just went black. Rebooted sky Q box twice. tested the hdmi ports with other devices all ok. Swapped hdmi cables. Rebooted modem. Still nothing. Urgent help please.

Yep. Tried everything. Speaking with Sky Tech now. Replacement box on the way 🤞 look like it just died. No 'button combinations' to press like in the old HD box.
