Sky Q box still keeps freezing in standby

I still have to keep turning the power off on the wall for my sky q box.  I was advised by sky that the box was possibly overheating as it kept staying on standby or would suddenly just go in to standby and not turn back on.

It has been fine for a couple of weeks but now is doing the same thing.  Any ideas or does this need escalating to sky to look in to again?
