Sky Q box showing green light but black screen

This started yesterday evening. I have tried resetting it more times than I can count. I don't think it is HDMI related as when I reboot the box I see the prompts on screen about restarting and pressing the home button when the screen goes black.

I held the buttons on the actual box and it triggered a software update which I let run through the night, however, this morning still having the exact same issue. Any advise please

Have done. Says everything is good. (It's not).

Hi @Elizxabeth   Then, perhaps it is time to contact Sky.

Have done, but the first engineer appointment is in 2 weeks time which is frustrating to say the least with how much I pay monthly. Was hopeful for some other advice but really doesn't seem anything is going to work.
