My sky Q box is saying that I dont have a subscription to use a mini box, but I am paying for multi room. My apps have also disappeared. I have tried to turn off and unplug the router and box boxes but this has not worked

@Emm167 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

Thank you, I have tried that option but it still doesn't work. Hopefully it triggers sky o investigate as when I spoke to them they don't seem to know what's happening or why! It's strange as I've lost all my apps too such a YouTube and its also saying that my sky box is not enabled for sky go!

@Emm167 I have escalated this to sky they may not pick this up until tomorrow

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
