Sky Q box not responding to hand set and does not appear to be connecting to satellite

My Sky Q box is not coming on it is not responding to the hand set.

I have switched it off on numerous occasions to re start it and all I get after the two initial institutions is. 

Accessibility on Sky Q.

Setting Skip set up later.

The box is not responding to my hand set.  It is not the batteries.

Sky have suggested the following...

  • Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6
  • Wait for the remote to flash
  • Then dismiss the information screen "Skip & set up later"
  • Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control

If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the TV.
