Over the last 48 hours the main Sky Q box doesn't hold the Internet connection.
No issues with broadband (Virgin). I have reset the Sky Q box and router numerous times. The Sky Q box asks for the password, connects then drops. Thus the 2 mini boxes don't work.
This happened a few years ago with BT Broadband. Miraculously it never happened when I had Sky broadband now issues start up again.
What's the best solution as the online help guides aren't sorting this and I can't hard wire the box due to location in the house.

I am also facing the same issue, I've no problems with my internet connection - all other devices are connected ok. I also never had this issue with Sky broadband, just now I've switched to an alternative fibre provider.
