Sky Q box not downloading programmes. My broadband is working. Sky go is downloading as normal.

Sky Q box taking 2 hrs to download a programme. Broadband is working fine have checked. Sky go is downloading as normal. Have gone through the bot. Did an update a reset and a factory reset then was cut off! Need to talk to someone!
