Sky Q box not connecting to wifi

Have live tv channels but unable to access apps. Have tried all suggestions on line

@Caro1903 have you tried resetting your router by pressing and holding in the reset button on the router

then 

 rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions your Sky Q box
