Sky Q box not connecting to wifi

Our Sky Q box is not used in our main living space due to where the original mains cable linked when moved in. The box has disconnected from the WiFi which is fine and working.

The mini box which is in our living room cannot connect to sky q as it won't link to the WiFi or satellite. So cannot use sky or even recordings due to the lack of connection. This has never happened before. I have done all the troubleshooting and tried reconnecting with no success. This has been going on over a week now. 
The tv's won't even connect to the WiFi and freeview is very slow or also doesn't work. I cannot link to our apps as they are now all through our sky account. 
my phone devices are linked to the WiFi fine so not sure where the error is occurring. Have not been able to use our subscriptions for over a week and is very frustrating.

Firstly the mini won't work if the Q isn't connected and working

 

freeview has nothing to do with wifi or the internet - what do you mean when you say that is slow?

 

You can use native apps on other devices even if you contracted / registered through Sky


The fact the TV's wifi is also having problems is a bit suspect.

 

Try rebooting the wifi router then rebooting and resetting the network on the Q with any mini box switched off.
