Sky Q box not arrived

I had my sky installed today and I've received a sky puck and my wifi router but not a sky Q box and I was under the impression it would've came with the installation but it hasn't as my activation date is today

What did you sign up for because you can't have both Sky Q and Glass/Stream? If you signed up for Sky Q the engineer would have brought the Sky Q box with him/her and installed it for you.

I'm not too sure which part I have but I know I don't have sky glass. I thought sky Q boxes were the standard for if you have sky tv?

If you have a puck you have Stream not Sky Q. With Sky Q an engineer bring the box and installs it as well as your satellite dish.
