Hi, for some reason my Sky Q box will no longer allow HDR playback.
When selecting an HDR download that I've watched many times before, I now get a screen notification saying "this content cannot be played on this device" see photo attached.
Nothing has changed to my setup or my contract to cause this change.
Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks

All resolved thanks. It was a setting in my TV that had changed. Cheers 👍

Check that the resolution has not dropped back to 1080

Thanks for your feedback. I'm set for HDR but the Sky Q box still says no to HDR playback.

in which case can I suggest a power down restart:
Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

So the video resolution on the Q box is set to 2160P 10bit - correct?
