Sky Q box no apps other than Peacock

Hi all,

Annoyingly, my Sky box is no longer displaying my sky apps like Disney+, Netflix (which I pay for with sky) and the rest.

I have tried the 001 on settings and reset my apps and waited 24hrs. I have got sky to send a signal down the line and waited an hour and turned on and off again the sky - still no luck.

Any advice for what I can do? I don't want to wait 40 minutes before I can speak to a sky representative to not sort the issue.
