Sky Q box loud humming noise

Hi,

my sky Q box has a constant very loud humming noise coming from it. 

please can I be sent a replacement box.

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers so it can't be arranged here.

It could be the fan or the hard drive. Is the box in a well ventilated area?

Build quality on Sky Q can vary quite a bit, as can the level of noise from the hard drive and/or fan. 

Follow the troubleshooting here and you can order a replacement box. Remember to remove your viewing card from your old box and check the power connector type on the new box before letting the courier who brings it leave.
