Sky Q main box loses connectivity to virgin media broadband multiple times a day

Sky Q mini boxes (both of them) same issue, multiple times a day

I have at least 10 other devices connected to my virgin broadband with no connectivity issues at all

all sky boxes on latest software release.

i have a sky booster which is showing 3 green lights
