Sky Q box loses internet connection even though it's connected via a ethernet cable locks all network settings and only way to get connection back it's to power down the sky Q box happening a couple of times a day help plus

Hi @Iipsra Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Still the same it's as if the sky Q box stalls
