Sky Q box looses connection and wont turn on till we pull the power and rest the box. This has been

Our sky Q box won't turn on and connect.

We have to pull the power on the box and reset to get this to work.

We're now having to do this atleast 3 times a week.

To change your standby settings:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings > Setup > Preferences > Standby mode, and select the setting you want. I personally have all my boxes set to NONE.

Hi Thank you for your response .

I have already changed these settings and it has made no difference.

The Box will also randomly just turn off and not turn back on again!
