Sky Q box locking up, will not turn on or respond, withfan running continuously.

This problem started about a month ago.

Since then I have had 2 "new" sky q boxes, last one via technician visit.

Most mornings I try to access the mini box to find no signal error.  The main box is frozen, will not switch on, & the fan is running constantly.  This went on for 4 hours, as tried to see if it fixed itself.

Original setup.

Sky q box to sony soundboard, then tv.

Changed to remove soundboard, & changed hdmi cable to new sky item. Connected directly to full fibre EE modem.

Temperature at box monitored & did not exceed 21C. Will try disconnecting tv this evening,  & tomorrow cat 6 cable.

Any suggestions welcome.
