I noticed that my box wasn't recording programmes I was expecting it to. Then found that all scheduled recordings had been deleted. This has happened twice recently.

I am having the same issue.
Last night, it failed to record a series linked program, so I checked the schedule, and to my surprise, it was completely empty. All series linked programs have gone.
I checked the previous program recording, and they show an active series link.
I added the recordings again and checked again the following night, and again, the schedule is empty.

I'm in the same boat. Did you resolve the issue?

Yes. It was a while ago,
I think I followed some advice to do with enable standby modes on my main sky q box and all my small boxes.
Then turn off the power to all boxes.
I left them powered off for 10 minutes.
I powered up the main sky q box.
Then I powered up the mini boxes.
My previously scheduled recordings were not restored and I had choose them again.
I also deleted many recordings to free up disk space as mine was above 90%.
I think that was everything I did.
I hope this helps, good luck.
I haven't had a problem since.

Thanks for replying. I'll check that out though either way only 36% used seems unlikely that's the issue.
