Sky Q box keeps dropping network connection both when on WiFi and Wired

This issue has been getting progressively worse over the past few months. To resolve we power cycle the Sky Q box and it will connect and work fine. Recently those has got worse with dropping out happening multiple times a day making it nearly impossible it stream. I think after 7 years this Q box could be coming to the end of its life

Hi I am having the same problem I continuously have to reconnect my sky q box to the internet it's only started doing this the last few weeks. I have done all troubleshooting/rebooting steps and still have to connect it several times everyday. Could someone advise what the possible issue is?

it's not my internet because my other tv, but phone and tablets aren't affected
