We are having to reset our network/internet with Sky every other day, just spoken to my inlaws and they are having the same problem. What is the solution to this as it's getting very frustrating. We haven't changed router for over a year and it's in the same place. Everything is still staying connect to the internet so it appears to be a problem with the SKY box? Please help

Hi we are having exactly the same issue over the last two weeks. Called sky did all the things they said to do but still doing it.
