Sky Q box is slow to respond and won't access recordings.

My Sky Q box is slow moving between channels.    I can't access my resordings and the mini box can't connect, saying no satelite signal.

I can no longer access my recordings or record a tv programme.

I have rebooted my Sky Q box several times, plus the mini.

I have rebooted my router, although my internet access has been fine.

I feels that there is a fault in the Sky Q box.

Looks like you may have a Hard drive issue.

Over the last couple of days my sky q box is running slow and the on screen menu is blacked out. It keeps freezing and doesn't allow changing channels.

i have conducted a complete reset of the system but this hasn't worked
