Sky Q box has no power

My SKY Q box suddenly shut off tonight

I have checked there is power getting to the power supply but the box is dead.  I have turned it off and then on, disconnected the power cable etc

I still have no power to the box.  Help, please!

Do you have a Red Led  on the  right hand side of the Q box ?

No, it has no power at all

A call to sky for a new box I think

The only number for Sky on their website that I can find is an automated system that eventually sends you a text directing you to here!

If anyone knows a number you can call to speak to a human at Sky to actually get help please let me know . We pay all this money to sky every month yet they don't seem to want to talk to customers or help!
