@Warder  I'm afraid for the forum to help you'll need to provide much more info.  What exactly happens when you power up the box? What do you see on screen?

If a reboot doesn't fix it you'll need to ring Sky & ask for a replacement box to be sent out.

I'm trying to contact Sky to tell them I need a replacement but can't get through to anyone
