Sky Q box has been playing up for weeks
Our Sky Q box is really frustrating, not turning on most days bow, volume going off or screen turning off randomly. On a weekly basis, channels/recordings and all Apps disappear due to problem reading Viewing Card. All this means we're having to reboot the Q box every day now.

Go through the troubleshooter on aky.com and get it replaced
don't leave your viewing card in the old box
