Hi,
i have had Sky Q for about a year now... and it has been oretty reliable. However, in the last 2 weeks I regularly find that the box seems to enter a "buffering" mode with a black screen with a rotating blue circle on it. This often happens when i first take the box out of standby (and it usually goes into the tv guide in a few seconds but can take up to a minute) , abd ehe watching recorded programs it will randomly start doing this. When it does, waiting does nothing, but pressing the home button will sometimes bring the box back to "normal life'. This has just happened 3 times whole aatching a half hour show and is getting tedious.
Any thoughts?
I have hard unplugged the box for 30s and restarted,, but it happened again immediately.

For clarity, the Sky Engioneer suggested this was a TV issue, and that the TV WiFi might be buffering. I have had my TV for 7+ years and it's never done this before, so I was skeptical. However, I turned the TV on without the sky box one time, and the buffer symbol came up again, and I have since turned the WiFi off on the TV (because all the other apps I need now come through my sky box anyway)... seemed to be working fine last night, so fingers crossed!
